I bought a boat via ebay, sight unseen. Advertised as in "great shape" with a "like new" trailer. When picking up the boat, rrroo found a trailer rusted so badly as to be un-roadworthy. He got my permission to locate a new trailer, finding one a state away that was brand new, but had been on the lot a couple of years - 50% off! He then completed the trip without incident in an incredible 4 days. FL to Washington state. Great service provider who solves problems, not just report them.
