I have used u-ship on several occassions, and I've been more than satified.. First time, I had my TWH 2 year old filly shipped out from Tennesse, to California. Guy Sears, was my transporter. He was wonderful..!! I was in constant contact with him.. He took very good care of my filly. When she was delivered to me , she was calm, and in good condition..
The second time I used u-ship I had some new Martial Art Mats shipped out to me... this time I used a more local shipper. Steve was wonderful. He helped load and unload the shipment. Delivered it in excellent condition. Add the price they charged for the delivery, was more then resonable... I love U-ship..!!
All I can say to everyone is, do your homework before choosing a shipper. Look up their background and see what other say about them.. And then choose.. Also, it is as much your responsibility, to make sure you are clear about what it is you want and expect from your shipper. As it is the Service Providers responsibility to do as promised, and deliver your shipment in excellent condition..
If you do NOT do your homework first, along with communicate well, with your Sevice Provider, as to what you want, and expect from them. Then you really can't blame anyone but yourself if things go wrong... There are some exceptions ... I just hope that everyone has the same positive experiences that I have had with U-Ship...
Thank you,
Tolstoy
