If you look at the feedback I left for the shipper you will see that I was very pleased with the shipper. However, with this type of transaction a substantial amount of information is required by both parties to be able to get a precise, accurate and competitive quote.
In turn then the receiver can make a good judgment call on the quotes provided.
By using a messaging service in a situation where decisions have to be made in a short time frame and permitting and other essentials are required which are time sensitive a tremendous amount of time is spent, where if a direct line of communication is established by phone a tremendous amount of time is saved for everyone involved.
Thus reducing costs and increasing customer satisfaction on everyone's part with Uship.
Instead of sending voice messaging to my cell phone use the budgetary allocation for real logistics people to assist in services of this nature.
I firmly believe that Uship should better screen and remove shippers who do not meet a standard and are working illegally as a shipping provider.
I strongly feel as if Uship is misleading consumers by not providing a safe environment for the clients whom they are being paid by. In return they are getting service providers who are unqualified, uninsured and tarnishing the business aspect of Uship.
I am in a service oriented business and I know that my clients would not exist without direct communication,accurate, secure and insured products.
I hope that Uship will look hard at providing a trained specialist for specialized shipping. This isn't a set of golf clubs or and umbrella or a picture for your grandmother. These are complicated shipping situations that require knowledgeable staff. Fortunately for me M & M Logistics has staff dedicated to making shipping easier and timely.
