I decided to move myself, renting a Penske truck, loading the truck and driving for two days. One problem. Not everything fit in the truck and we were too exhausted to rent another one and re-load, figuring we would deal with the left-overs later. I paid for another month of storage (ouch!) and away we went to our California home. Still, I had the problem of what to do with the other stuff. I thought, fly back, rent another truck and do this all over again. Not the best choice. Uship saved the day. I got a bid of $440 for moving 100 boxes (which turned out to be 140 boxes). Main Street Movers of Louisville, Colorado never changed their bid and I am one happy camper. If I ever move back, I will call them again. Not only did it save me money (and a lot of money), it gave me peace of mind. Moving from Boulder after 30 years just wore me out. This was the last detail and now I am free to start my new life. Thank you to Mike the Mover and his crew. Great people.
