I bought my first street bike and was worried about having it shipped. The bike is discontinued in this color, and was in mint shape with 88 miles on it. The bike was in Chicago, and I am in Las Vegas. I looked through USHIP, and found alot of people that seemed qualified. One kept standing out when i read profiles. I thought I would ask for a bid. He sent me a excellent bid offer. I emailed him a few questions. He told me the process of how he picks up the bike, how it preps it for transport, and how long it would take to arrive to me.
I was VERY nervous shipping this bike. He assured me he would take care of it as if it was his own bike, and I totally believed him.
The bike was picked up a day after I accepted his bid, he showed up and picked up the bike from the seller, prepped it, and was on his way. He let me know what was up, and had no problems with me being worried and responded to any questions I had so prompt I thought the emails went straight to his brain.
Between him keeping me up to date on his own communications, and whenever i got curious responding to my emails, I felt like I was with the bike during the trip. I have to say that they are great transporters, and I would ship my next bike with them, and the one after. If they will haul my race car I would have them do that too.
Thank you again for bringing me the bike across country just they way you picked it up and putting a smile on my face..
