shipping from Tupelo, Mississippi Pleasant Prairie, Wisconsin for $450.00
I had the opportunity to purchase a horse that I sold a few years back. Purchasing her was not a problem. I had surfed the internet to find a transport company and thought I had locked in a bid. Only to be called a couple of days later to be told that the hauler was no longer traveling the route. So back online I went to find a transport company. I came across the uship site and thought to give it a try even though I had no idea what to expect. So I went on the site and posted my horse to be shipped. A couple of days later I had some bids and accepted one. I thought everything was set with the hauler since I talked with him 2 weeks before he was to pick her up. Time went by and it was getting closer to the pick up date and since he had not contacted me I called him and left numerous messages to none of which he returned. His name was Dale Spinar and yet to this day (2 weeks later) I have yet to hear back from him. Needless to say I was back on uship to bid for the transport of my mare again. Not knowing what the outcome...would I get another bid? I was shocked when the next day I received a question from a potential hauler. I answered his questions and waited for his reply. He went by oldroknroller(25)and I accepted his bid. I was so nervous when I called him to discuss the details. His name is Richie and instantly he put me at ease and promised that I would have my horse shortly on the agreed terms. Richie called every few days to "check in" and assured me that he would pick my horse up and deliver her to me. He put me at ease instantly cause when you talk to Richie it is like you are talking to a friend. Still I was apprehensive if he would deliver on his word due to my previous experience. Well the day before he was to pick her up he called and said that he would be leaving that night to make the trip. He picked her up as promised and delivered my horse to her destination relaxed and happy when she stepped off the trailer. I am thankful and blessed to know Richie.
