This was my first experience with UShip and it was very positive. Will highly recommend them to my business associates and friends. The system allows and documents customer's conversation with shipper so you are able to define concerns and have a pretty good idea that your expectations will be met before you even accept the bid to pick up and deliver.
Be sure to work out all details before accepting bid leaving less room for surprises. Although (in my case) delivery was delayed due to a medical emergency, my shipper kept me informed and I was able to contact them as well. In comparison to the quote I received from a local mover, I saved 74% in shipping costs.
