I had a wonderful couple who take their job seriously. They were absolutely the best. I couldn't have pick a better delivery.
May I say this--I noticed your 5 star questions at the feedback page. Looks suspiciously like ebay's DSR. Please don't copy eBay. I quit them because of their DSR stupidity AND other insults. It's ok to ask so that lessor drivers can learn where to improve, but please don't copy eBay by dumping a perfectly reliable shipper who gets one inexperienced customer with a knot in their thong.
Also, there should be a way for the customer to talk to the shipper before accepting the offer, or bid. It's hard to turn over a family member (albeit a dog) to someone who simply says "$140 I can pick up in 2 days." I would have been more comfortable if I could have talked with him briefly by phone before commitment. (Kinda like a blind date) Besides, nobody is going to cheat you out of $4.80.
Overall--Thanks for a great service. I would use your service again when I have something to ship. You provide a needed service and allow entrepreneurs to make a living. How great is that! Hope this helps. Len Cline [email protected]l.com
