I bought an unrestored vinatage 60's Pepsi machine on an E-Bay auction - the kind that dispenses bottles on their sides out of a veticle narrow door. I have always wanted one, and this one was in exceptional unrestored condition. It reminds me of simpler times on vacation in the midwest as a kid. After casually looking for years, I found EXACTLY what I was looking for, in great shape and at a great bid, but the catch was I needed to pick it up -- I think that contributed to a good deal (shipping cost me more than the machine!!).
A quick Google seach connected me with U-Ship. After a poor experience with one of your providers (beware of the lowest price and the possible hassles, but be thankful for U-Ship reviews!!), I got squared away with Andre at Q-Ball Express. I was impressed with his professionalism and willingness to communicate any issues or problems in an appropriate and relavent manner through the whole proces. The seller, who was so patient with me after being stood-up by the first provider, was impressed with Andre. He mentioned and was obviously impressed with the FIRST thing he did -- cover the machine with moving blankets, and wrap it all with pallet plastic wrap. I found out they wound up getting stuck in the mud at the sellers' rural location for TWO hours, but patiently got themselves out. We both endured some personal setbacks that delayed delivery from the prescribed time, but these were mutually accepted and "It was all good". My machine arrived in fine condition. I have to put this item in temporary storage, and built a wheeled pallet to put it on. When Andre delivered it, he and his helper took the time to make sure it was properly placed and helped me secure it as part of his service. I will definately utilize Andre' for my future shipping needs, and I would recommend him to anyone needing great customer service for a FAIR price!! Thanks U-ship for helping to make a dream-come-true.
