When you call Mike Dicey on his cell phone, a message tells you to enjoy the music while you wait for him to respond. It doesn't take long for the "Full Viking" to pick up and entertain you with his "Southern California drawl" that compliments the country tunes you never get to hear in full... Mike Dicey never keeps you waiting. I picked Mike because I liked what I read in his uShip profile. There were a couple "cheaper" providers, but none exuded the confidence and willingness to tackle possible problems on the road with the level of professionalism Mike showed. "Spare parts"... in Mike's profile, caught my eye... Hey, I thought, this guy is prepared, and he is familiar with the Pacific Northwest and the weather it serves up in late December... and my area is experiencing the snowiest December ever on record... Book him... you can't go wrong... a voice inside urged me... I did... and the voice rang true... Mike Dicey is a valuable asset to uShip. From our initial conversations to the walk-about at the shipping point in Southern California, I felt confident in Mike's ability to make a safe and secure delivery of my towable boom lift. What Mike did not know, was the amount of snow and ice he would have to traverse to reach the destination point, my house, in Northeast Washington State. Mike's extensive over the road experience eases one's anxiety factor when he reports that cars are in the ditch all around him, yet he is moving along with your cargo secure and safely tethered behind him. I bought the boom lift he towed from a seller in Southern California. I had not physically seen the lift. When Mike arrived to pick it up, he checked out the condition, reported to me, and even received instructions from the seller as to the operation of the unit. He then did few repairs and made it road ready. When he delivered the unit, he took the time to relay the operational instructions. Thanks Mike! You took the worry out of shipping my lift! Give Wolf a steak!
