There are scams everywhere online and it's not always easy to trust someone you don't know -- especially if they are picking up and delivering thousands of dollars of your investment 3,000 miles away. Greg was the low bidder for my shipment by $500 and he had great reviews. I committed to his price and he emailed me the dates for pick up and delivery. It's a leap of faith and it didn't do anything for my confidence when he was delayed a couple of days in picking up the bike, but I gave him the benefit of my doubt. He was able to pick up the bike in SoCa and started his journey. I thought he wouldn't be able to deliver it on time, plus a snow storm hit the northeast on the day he said he'd be here. To my amazement, he arrived on time, stuck to his schedule and my bike was in great shape. In his trailer were some beautiful vintage machines in perfect condition and tied down securely. Greg was great to deal with, called me a couple of time along the way to give me an update regarding his schedule and he delivered my bike in beautiful condition. My leap of faith wasn't such a big leap after all and I hope there are more shippers like Greg out there. It was an unbelievably easy experience and I was happy to pay him his price. I'll definitely use uship.com again and will also probably use Greg too for the transport. Now I just have to tear my new race bike down to nuts and bolts before the new race season starts...now that's a leap of faith that no parts will be left over when the bike's back together...
