IRRL was a class act all the way from start to finish. Was in contact the entire way, he met my bid, and delivered right on time as promised. I highly recommend IRRL, he is simply the best I have encountered in any shipping industry. He transported 2000 books from Texas to California without a hitch, and even went the extra mile to load up the books from an inconvenient location that anyone else would have complained about.
