Although there was difficulty in using the uShip service the "help dept" tried it's best to help. They were professional however not quite capable to resolve some issues.
The freight company's bidding for the job were more than helpful.
The freight company selected, arrived on time for the shipment and much to our chagrin the fork truck that would load the 3000# machine had a break in the shifting linkage durring the time of loading.
The shipping company said that was not a problem to return in two hours to allow for repairs. Upon return the drivers assisted and made the loading an easy job.
I greatly appreciate their service and would highly recommend using them. hcoolman
