I got red flagged a few times not truley understanding the process or not reading it thourghly. Took a week to try to get back to a bidder that could have continued with my load and lost out because of how confusing it was to re contact. uship did finially call but getting back to "ext 2" was another day wasted. She went through it on line, but I am not sure I can now do that if needed.
I'm sure you get a lot of e-mail, but like in my business, with out clients you have no business, you need to answer. If you give out a # you should talk the call. The bidder I messed out on to get me the delivery all the way home cost me a few days no real big thing, but also cost me $300 more than Reily## said he would do it for.
You also have a lot of scammers on your site of providers and that does not take very long to confirm.
I also think the deposit and fee are miss leading, none of which went to the provider as a "deposit"
You have some bugs, but hopefully you'll get them worked out. Maybe a little less greed and money making, more attention to who gives you the money. Not you fault I know, sitting in a cubical with a computer, can't be all that fun, but is important or should be to your boss.
