Bob was awesome in assisting me in getting my boat here. I was not sure at the time of contract exactly where I would keep the boat or how I was going to store it. Bob was willing to help me unload it onto a hull stand and jack stands if needed. I ended up finding a trailer for it, and he assisted in getting the boat in the water and onto my trailer.
It is nice to deal with such a nice and helpful person. I am new to boating, and after I told him I had a trailer, he reminded me that I needed a plug for the back of the boat before putting her in the water. Heads up for him to check and see if the plug was there (it was not).
Because I bought a used trailer, it wasn'a perfectly adjusted for the boat. Bob even left a ratcheting tie-down for me. I can't say enough how helpful he was!! I highly recommend for any boat shipping needs.
