Bill really helped me out in a pinch. I had left the rear fold-down seats of my Sequoia in my garage in Colorado and needed them delivered to Illinois in a hurry. I accepted his bid and within four days I had my seats plus some additional things from the Sequoia I had forgotten about, and for much less than I expected. I was very pleased with Bill's communication and punctuality.
