I stumbled across UShip and decided to give it a try as I needed to transport my zero turn mower from NH to TN. I received a number of bids and eventually found a wonderful service provider to handle the job. What was a little frustrating about the whole adventure was you only had one chance to respond to a question (prior to receiving a bid). I saw no way of asking a second question unless the shipper sent you a response. I would have liked to be able to provide several responses to one question. Another area of frustration was how short, cryptic, heavily coded, and full of acronyms, misspellings, lack of punctuation, etc, the shipper questions were. In some instances, I had no idea what was being asked of me. I realize this is a "people" issue as opposed to a UShip issue, but you might want to include some guidance to shippers to be clear as possible when writing questions. It might also help to include a spell checker option.
Overall, although a little frustrating (and entertaining at times), my first UShip experience was satisfying. I intend to use your services again in the very near future.
