I was sending a heavy sleeper sofa from Manhattan to Brooklyn. They were a little delayed by traffic, but very cautious getting the sofa out of the apartment and into the van. When they arrived in Brooklyn, they took the sofa up to the second floor (there was no elevator) only to find out that the darn thing wouldn't fit through the door. They took the door off the hinges and tried again, but no luck. Being nice guys, they delivered the sofa to a second destination (this one was on the first floor luckily) where the door was big enough to get through. There was a slight bit of damage at the first delivery spot, but it's easy to fix and I'm just thrilled that the sofa made it!
