I recently moved a customer from Raleigh to Akron Ohio. At the end of the unload, the customer noticed that a custom-made area rug was not on the truck. It turned out that someone had moved it to one side while loading the truck, and had not remembered to put it back. So - I was stuck trying to figure out how to get a rug moved 500 miles, without eating up all of the profits from the move.
I put an ad on uShip, and quickly found two young men who are earning their living doing LTL loads all over the country. They did a great job for a lower price than I could have hoped for. They even took the rug up and installed it for my customer. The result was a happy customer, and a profitable move!
I can't think of any other service that could take the place of uShip, and just wanted to thank you folks for saving my bacon! If I have another situation like this in the future, I'll be sure and use uShip to solve it...
Thanks for the help!
