I purchased two major appliances from someone on Craigslist.org in the southern California area (I live in the northern California area). Mountain Transport alerted me when they were unable to schedule a shipment so that I could follow up with the seller. When the seller didn't follow through with the purchase of both appliances, Mountain Transport rebated a portion of the shipping fees for me. They are a great shipper to work with and I will be using them again in the future.
