"If it has to get shipped with care and integrity this is the guy"
shipping from Cottonwood, Arizona Regina, Saskatchewan, Canada for $579.66
Terry shipped my 2003 Harley fatboy from Arizona to Plentywood MT. Which is 20 miles south of the Saskatchewan border or 200 miles North of Nowhere. The bike had 31 Original miles on it so needless to say it wasn't cheap and I was concerned about the shipping procces. I looked into some door to door shippers but they where very expensive at around $1400.00 and up and I had to use a Customs Broker. The local Brokers wanted $300.00. Another $1700.00 might have sent the wife off the deep end.
When Tedda22 (Terry) contacted me and inquired about my time frame I told him "it's -40 here so I am not in a "big rush". When he said he would ship to Plentywood for $500.00 I jumped at it. Terry told me the bike looked in great shape when he picked it up which was reassuring. Terry had my bike for about 3 weeks and contacted me every few days to see if I was okay with the time frame which I was.
When the day came to meet Terry in Plentywood and get the bike (and pay him). I had a funeral come up that I did not want to miss. I told Terry and he said no problem. I could pick up the bike the next day and pay him by Paypal. The morning Terry dropped off the bike he called me and said he was uncomfortable putting the bike in the inclosed trailer I had rented from U-haul as it wasn't set up for bikes. There was an open one there which was better so I said fine. When I got to Plentywood the next day the bike was wrapped and strapped very securly with Terry's straps
(which he never charged me for)on the U-haul trailer. I made the trip home on Saskatchewans bumpy roads and the bike rode great in the trailer.
Would I recommened this shipper. You bet!
I would call him "old school" where your word is a promise whether it's face to face or on a cell phone 1500 miles apart.
Told him I would give him another $25.00 for the straps (which he argued over).
Hope I get to use this shipper again as it was a really enjoyable expierence.
Thanks again Terry
