It was feed back that ultimately saved the uship service provider the Delivery that I had accepted. Shipping a Harley one way from Chicago to Vegas for a Friend of mine whom Move out there became more permanant than temporary I found Uship on the internet. Many bids were around the same price as what a HOG member would get from HOG benefits but one was 30% less and he said he was making the trip in 2 days and would drive straight through. No warehouse time. We accepted the bid. We quickly got in touch with each other and went over details. Joeships, nice guy. Well 2 days became 4 but that was OK I understand he wants a full trailer going out west. He called to set up a sat morn pickup at 9am. Well 9 became 10,11, later yet. I started calling my contact numbers but to no avail. 13 hours later Joe calls as if it was never set up to set up a sunday pickup. After a verbal lashing he was due I said I would call back. My Vegas friend and I looked over joes feedback and discussed where we should go from here. Had i been given the courtesy of a call or email it would of made all the diference. As we liked the price and the time frame and his feedback was outstanding We took a chance and set up the delivery one more time. He arrived promtly, was courteous, friendly and careing. He spent an hour just strapping the bike down to the trailer. It wasnt going anywhere. During his haul the winds picked up and he was worried about the clip on windshield the Harley had. He stopped on the road side, figured out how the windshield clipped on and off [no easy task] and stored the shield in the cab area untill delivery. He treats his shippment as if it was own. Thats concientiousness thats hard to find today. He managed to make the delivery in record time with no problems. Im not sure if I will ever need to ship something again but i would have no problem referring someone to the Uship web site. Neither will my friend in Vegas
