From IL to AZ, Brian brought 2 small dressers and a small desk and chair, that was given to me when my Aunt passed away in Dec '07. These pieces were my Grandfather's and Great Grandmother's, which they used all their lives, and are very old. Brian Anderson, not even knowing the history of the furniture, took great care of the pieces and handled the transaction perfectly. He did the job for a very reasonable price that we were both happy with. (the nationwide moving companies quoted thousands of dollars to move these few pieces, which was ridiculous in my mind).
In my opinion, Brian went "above and beyond" what was originally requested, i.e., originally the Pick-Up was in Fox Lake, IL, but unknown to me, the contact person in IL made other arrangements with Brian, changing the pick up location because it was Christmas Eve, making it easier for them. Of course, Brian said yes, because of his great customer service skills, but found out later that actually it was out of his way. When we first initiated this transaction, I remember Brian giving me his tentative schedule for the next few days, of which Christmas Day was one of them, and he mentioned where he was going to be on Christmas Day. I know this pick-up change made somewhat of a hardship on Brian, to be where he needed to be on Christmas Day, so I am truly greatful for everything he did, and appreciate his great service.
I have been telling everyone about my great experience with Brian Anderson (QualityVan Shipper 96) and UShip! Thanks again, Brian!
