I bought a second-hand piano from a private party. How to move the piano home is a fresh challenge for me. I ran into uship web through google, I think. Then I posted my moving request and waited to see other people bidding.
All the bids are with difference of $5 or $10. It is hard for me to decide which one. But this service provider, RHINONUTT, gave a much lower price. Later, I found that the piano is located on the second floor in a town house. There are 15 steps. I thought the price would go much higher after I edited my posing with the new pickup information. To my surprise, RHINONUTT didn't increase the price and replied that "15 steps means just extra 5 minutes to deal with". What he said is true, but on the other hand, I have heard that many piano moving companies charge for each step. They have their reasons for doing that too!
Having decided to choose RHINONUTT, I contacted them. I found that I am the first job they obtained through uship, no wonder that there is no any feedback about them on uship page. However, they have been in service for many years.
They are very nice people, very trustworthy and very considerate too. They did exactly what they promised. Even the time frame for pickup and delivery is accurate.
I am so happy to get to know this company and I will keep their contact information and recommend to all my friends. I am also very happy to find uship web page. I have never heard this or any similar web pages. I will recommend uship web to all my friends too.
