I am so happy with the Uship service that linked me to Skye. She is wonderful. It reminded me of the old saying about the postal service...neither wind, rain, snow or dark of night shall keep me from my appointed rounds. I beleive she encountered that and much more and took it all in stride.
She keep telling me her "rig"(truck and trailer) were not top of the line, but for true horse people it is in EVERYWAY that counts! My VERY expensive foals were treated to wonderful accomidations, and cared for in the best possible way. She is very horse savey, and reasonable with buyers, sellers, trainers and the works. Just because she knows her stuff doesn't mean she treats any person along the way other than completely professional. Her main goals as I see them are horse safety, horse care, then people...just as it should be, in that order.
She went from south Texas, to Minnisota to Kansas then back to south Texas. She had to drive through some terrible weather, which resulted in her taking 1 day longer than planned. She was very apologetic about this, but to me it spoke volumes about her character. It was up to her to keep my horses safe, and that she did!
Thank you so much for matching me with this wonderful shipper.
