Chad was to deliver a high end TV to Lanham, Md. and did so exactly as scheduled. When he arrived and attempted to complete the job, he was forced to try and deal with a real horse's ass. He immediately called me, and in a matter of minutes, I made other arrangements that Chad followed to the letter and completed flawlessly. I am about 1000 miles away and this could have been a potential disaster.
