I can not say how much each and every person whom bid were professional, gracious, direct & honest in all the transactions.. The whole Uship experience was amazing.. I have alread recommended USHIP and will continue to rave about about the Osborne Transport team.. UShip is about the best thing I have come across on the internet.. In a side note, I was putting in uhaul, etc. in searches and bam USHIP popped up!! This boat was renovated over 8 weeks this Summer and was done in my 10 year old son, "Mac's" & my Father's memories, whom went to heaven within 45 days of each other.. This boat was given to my daughter Summer, Mac's sister and the boat had deteriorated due to Chicago weather.. We wanted to surprise my Mom on what would have been my Dad's birthday (August 22, 2007) with the boat in Arizona (where she now lives) or at our home in Los Angeles.. The Osborne Family contacted us one Sunday morning (via e-mail on uship) after I had come home from church and wrote the most amazing bid response.. I cried due to the compassion & joy I felt inside as I knew this was whom I wanted to ship our boat.. Every bidder cared but Kyle, Sharona ^and the Osborne's did not know us but understood the personal value of this boat not in monetary value as that is secondary, but in love and memories!!! I would love to tell you the boat came perfect to us, it did not but not due to the Osborne's.. The shrink wrap shredded & melted into our new seats & carpet (oh well) as in Illinois they did not do it right, but Kyle contacted us right away within 200 miles & put not 1 but 2 tarps on the boat.. Kyle, Aunt Shirley & Marcus called us all along the way & we even got to hear every time (haha) their goofy phone ring of "On the Road Again" which I now hum, oh no!!! No words can thank Uship, but most of all the Osborne Transport Family.. Thanks so much Sue & the Mac Flynn-Miller Foundation @ www.macflynnmillerfoundation.org God Bless you all!
