As with any instrument, careful on the upside, pull and break on the inside, slide down on the downside. The piano was more than we thought at first, after taking the legs off, we eased it down on a dolly, but no movement; then slid it onto a smaller dolly which increased balance but took 4 MEN to manuver through the doorway. All went well until the last long step which had a corner in the middle; if the piano was set up level the corner would have caught the 12" speaker and ruined a high dollar Baby Grand piano. Fortunately my eye caught the guys movement and had them s-l-i-d-e to the left about 8 inches getting more hands on it, then level up the step onto the platform without damage. Long way to come and kill the piano at the last few minutes. Fun over; Greg and Coty were great movers, would use them again, updated equipment and expertise, USE THEM!
USHIP is great!!
