I inherited a fragile "library table" that is over 100 years old as well as a captain's chair from my grandparents. I wanted to transport the items to Houston myself, but at 6.5 months pregnant it just didn't seem like a good ide.
They lived in Georgia a house with a LONG driveway, which is unnavigable for a tractor trailer. We arranged for the furniture to be left on my cousin's front porch instead and Stobos picked it up late one weekday evening. He delivered the items to my house less than 48 hours later in perfect condition. . .and told me he had put the items in his van along with his personal items rather than in the trailer to make sure it wasn't damaged.
He was very professional and super-intelligent. . .he's a schoolteacher during the school year. . .not what you think about when you hear the word "mover".
Two thumbs up for Stobos and for uship.com
