We purchased a motorcycle on eBay from a seller in a different state. To make a long story short, this seller ended up 'missing' for a couple days prior to the scheduled pick-up date and also on the date scheduled to pick up the bike. The person we used through u-ship, Steve, was absolutely wonderful. He and I communicated often, came up with creative solutions, and we able to get the bike to us. Unfortunately, the seller seriously misrepresented the listing and the bike appears to have been dropped. The seller is trying to blame u-ship for the damage. We know if wasn't u-ship because the damaged areas were rusted when it arrived (not enough time for rust if it was u-ship). Besides, we also saw how well the bike was packed during the shipment. It was completely protected. U-ship did a great job despite having to work with a TERRIBLE seller of this eBay item. This just goes to show that u-ship is an awesome service that goes the extra mile to make things work out for the best, even when up against a surprise bad situation. I highly recommend this service.
