I had to pick up some furniture that was purchased online and shipped to the store rather than my home. Five items of which 2 were extremely heavy. David agreed to meet me at the store, had to navigate his way to find me, and get all 5 items to his truck in a huge parking. He also single-handedly carried all five items, the heaviest about 122 lbs, through the rain up 14 narrow stairs. Really amazing!
