The service certainly saved me money and was easy enough to use. Would be great if UShip could devise a way to allow more "real-time" communication. Shippers are on the road a lot and the current system makes it hard to get bids from folks or negotiate a deal. I realize this is to keep us from going outside of U-Ship and cutting the company out of its commission, but there has to be a better way. Otherwise, a great experience with the system.
