i will make a suggestions, however, in the future, if you arrive for a pickup and the item (in this case a sectional sofa) appears to be in questionable condition. please share your professional opinion with the customer at point of observation so they are able to address issues immediately with seller and b/f shipment leaves point ('A'/sellers' possession and more money is lost. i've lost $1500 since my seller has not responded to any of my calls regarding the unsellable item.
