As I stated in my 'feedback' for this company, I was very much nervous with this being my first 'extensive' move (NJ to Mo) and after having had read few complaints by individual 'clients' and shippees of the service provided by this company (particularly the ongoings of how the company failed to return calls, make proper or timely reservations, etc) I was very much 'taken back' and doubtful about this service provider.
One of the concerns now, truthfuly, became they're PRICING; not for anything other than how competetive they were! I began thinking that they're aggressive pricing had some play with what others were complaining about regarding they're customer service on that end and that this was going to play a part in they're wanting to regain certain ammenities in trying to re-capture new and existing clientele, again.. however, they proved to be the complete opposite of what expectations were left for me.
They're a delightful team, who in my book are completely exemplary and understated.. as unfortunate as it may've been for those particular individuals.
They're professionalism, courtesies and character have truly been either undermined or possibly just 'misplaced'; or I just totally 'lucked out' with'em, lol!
In ending, I do believe that Uship is very fortunate to have such a great team working part with and under them!
