After one extremely negative experience with a troll who made a fake bid and then cancelled it, I was very reluctant to let this go to another service with no feedback. I gave DV a chance, though, and it all worked out in the end. There were one or two logistical problems to overcome, but DV was willing to go the extra mile and made sure that the package arrived safely at its destination. Very genuine and helpful service.
UShip customer service need to get off their backside and start doing their jobs properly. All communications ignored, lies told by a troll provider upheld despite evidence being forwarded, no link to leave feedback. If trolls are allowed to make spurious bids and then cancel them without penalty, wasting the time of genuine site users, it can only be uShip that suffers in the end. The van driver I booked got the job done in the end, but uShip's customer service stinks.
