Rudy Remirez was, I believe, the 8th bidder for my business. His bid came in about 10% below UShip's estimate and, based on his excellent ratings, I accepted his bid. Literally, within a half hour of my acceptance, he called and outlined: his schedule; explicit instructions on a very easy method of payment (half down; half on delivery; and the route he proposed to take, weather permitting. He was personable and easy to talk to. Due to no fault of his, delivery of the merchandise was delayed for a few days during which he patiently and agreeably waited. After pick up, he called every day to report his progress as he made his way across the country, changes in routing due to weather conditions and how the 'load' was faring. He stated that he was willing to go 300 miles out of his planned route, at no additional cost to me, to make sure that he met his delivery schedule, which, quite literally, occurred almost to the minute of his estimate. He was totally professional, provided all of the documentation required instantly, and personable to boot. Highly recommended!
