I came across Uship in a search to find a better and more economical freight service. My account representaive (Ken) went above and beyond to help with the issues that I had. My first booking did not show up after 3 days, and left negative feedback putting the blame on me. The second booking, increased the rate, and even after paying the extra, did not show when they said they would. On the third attempt, I had success!! The carrier did what they said when they said. I really like this platform
