Charlie was great! I knew how my horse was doing several time a day. Constant updates. Excellent business he is running. Never not once did I have to call him to ask anything. I had status reports sometime 3 times a day! Horse arrived in great shape, and well rested. Just can't say enough good things about Charlie!
