"Transporting of goats"
shipping from Cleveland, Ohio Owings, Maryland for $325.00
I have to say if the airports didn't give me such a hard time and had been more knowledgeable on shipping live cargo I may not have tried U-Ship. They were not and my experience was so good with U-Ship I will use them again rather than via air. I also will highly recommend the service to other breeders. Shipping livestock is a scarry venture in itself so I really scanned your feedback on transporters and unless they had great feedback I didn't consider them. Price is only one of the issues the health and safety of my animals is the most important. I really liked how
U-ship contacted me via cell to let me know when a transporter had answered my questions or another bid had come in as I am not on my computer all day and the transport I needed had a fast turn around time.
I would suggest U-ship ask more detailed set of questions to users including leaving an area for the person to write information especially where animals are concerned. I found many transporters did not come back to look at the computer often enough basically, they went by what the advertiser wanted and didn't update their bids or answers questions timely.
Also some way to kick out bids that are way to high rather than bother the advertiser with bids they won't use. The majority of my bids were $325-375 then I had bid for $600 why bother.
Keep reminding people FEEDBACK IS VERY IMPORTANT FOR BOTH ADVERTISERS AND TRANSPORTERS GOOD AND BAD. ADVERTISERS CHECK FEEDBACK BEFORE YOU USE A TRANSPORTER ESPECIALLY WITH ANIMALS.
