Having access to the various modes of communication really helped -- getting things set up on the web and via email meant we could all be on the same page once things got rolling. And we were able to get to that point more quickly and efficiently than I could have imagined. And the provider kept in contact via phone every step of the way, to take the potential worry out of various on-the-ground challenges (like dealing with big refrigerators and small doorways).
