I was relocating to NY City for work. No time to deal with moving my home and family. Q Ball Express was recommended to me by a co worker that had also relocated to another part of the US. I thought he was overstating his experience with Andre, but felt it to be very genuine once I spoke with Andre personally. I immediately had a sense of comfort knowing that his expert service would be what I wanted and needed. Andre went above and beyond reasonable expectations to be sure that Customer Service was the most important part of his move. He kept in touch with me daily with updates until his arrival in New York. He arrived in 5 days and his team began to unload everything and put everything in it's place not staged. All we had to do was unpack boxes that were already in the appropriate room and we were done with it. It couldnt have been easier for my family. Thanks Andre!
