I was shipping 2 pallets of life vests from CA to MD, and used Uship to get my quote. There was apparently some problem with the UShip system, and my shipment was quoted as being "Fright class 150" instead of "250" which caused the quote to be way off. I was unaware of this problem, until 3 days after my order was supposed to be PICKED UP I called the shipping company to see how things were going. He told me there was a problem with the quote on Uship's end, and he was waiting to hear back from them as to how to handle it. Needless to say, I was not happy with this response. After several phone calls to Uship and the shipping company, they agreed to pick up the shipment the next day at the quoted price. It got here safely.
