KazTranSport was by far the best price and also responded with bid saying he could pick up the next morning. This being the first time I used UShip (or any unknown shipper), I was a very hesitant. But I went with KazTran, because feedback was very good on nearly all of their previous moves.
Pickup was scheduled 10-11 am, they arrived at 10:30. Delivery time in bid was two days. They called to say they were two hours away from dropoff point 32 hours later – they were early. My parents (both in their 80s) were very concerned at accepting delivery. Neither had ever seen the motorcycle and knows nothing about them. I sent them a picture to make them feel more comfortable, but told them they had nothing to worry about. I had reviewed all the feedback AND met both Beck and Zane. And generally, being a good judge of character, I explained to my parents they were both good guys (since I had already met both at pickup).
Right after they dropped the bike off at my parents, my Mom and Dad called me to tell me everything was fine. Their only complaint was that Beck and Zane didn't have time to stay and visit. But there again, it shows their commitment to continued schedules of other customers.
I am a contract nuclear plant worker who travels with 5th wheel in tow and no room for bike in truck. I have been in many predicaments when it comes time for a move.
I have had to leave my bike behind several times, only to take time off from work to go back to the last “job” to pick it up. Never again! I have lost out on a lot of riding time trying to make arrangements to go back and get my bike. I will definitely call KazTranSport when I need to go to another job. You can bank on these guys being on time and staying in touch just the right amount. It was a great experience. Thanks KazTran!
