Moved from a one bed in downtown Chicago to a one bed in uptown Dallas. Harvey was easy to get a hold of and even accommodated a little extra piece that needed to come with us that I failed to mention in the original bid;(my friend's motorcycle, and a queen bed set in storage...)
Originally the pick up was scheduled for Sat morning, but due to weather and other factors they weren't able to do so until Monday. Because of their great communication with us it was not a problem. And they even delivered our furniture on Tuesday!
