Sold my RV to the "ex" who took it out of state, hooked up with a new girlfriend and the payments ceased coming my way, and the whereabouts of the RV became "unknown." After a year of no payments, and listening to every excuse I could occasionally extract, decided it was time to reclaim my property. Was able to locate it several months ago, the "tenants" figured out the "writing was on the wall," and vacated. I was left with an empty unit sitting 600 miles away, condition unknown. Being female, with no big truck or an RV hitch, and 600 miles away from the RV, I was in "a little pickle." So, I put my "thinking cap on," and started searching the internet for possible solutions. Somehow, this WONDERFUL website came up during one of my searches. I read through some of the other postings, utilized the tool which gives an estimate of what the average shipping cost will be, and the rest is history. I posted my shipment and had three bids within 24 hours. This site took a lot of pressure off of trying to work full time and deal with a problem that normally requires telephone work during business hours. I simply posted my need and the available shippers asked questions via e-mail such as available dates, etc. Considering the price of diesel, I thought all the bids were reasonable. My final choice was determined by the provider's availablity matching my schedule and his services/credentials which matched my needs. Once the bid was confirmed, details were confirmed within hours. My Service Provider was Lloyds 357 CF Inc. Transport out of southern Oregon. I flew up to Portland, drove down to Salem and Lloyd met me there. He was extremely punctual, friendly, and a pleasure to do business with. Once the RV was packed up and I watched Lloyd pull it out on the highway headed south to California, I was left smiling with great confidence that I had made an excellent choice. Kudos to uShip and Lloyd's 357 Transport!!
