I was actually in Mexico when my shipment was dropped off and my wife had to receive it, the thing I appreciated the most about larrybellsr was that they called all of the people that I asked them to call so that there were no mistakes. My wife was kept informed and thats the most important part of any transaction; you have to be able to communicate with the customer. I came home and my trailer was there without a scratch.
