I was shipping items from my home in New York to my new home in Austin, Texas - I had several antiques and fragile pieces and Juan did an excellent job packing/wrapping and making certain that they arrived in perfect condition. Juan was in constant communication with me on his anticipated arrival which I greatly appreciated since I too travel for my job. He was flexible and worked around my schedule for delivery. I am extremely happy and would definately use him again!!!
