I was bidding on a Mustang on eBay that was located in South Carolina. I had to leave for work so I was unable to be present for the end of the auction, therefore I just bid what I felt was appropriate, but since I didn't meet the reserve I just went on to work. When I came home, the seller had lowered the reserve price, and ended up making me a deal for the car after all. So after accepting Terry's bid (Service Provider "Fastmove") he called me up and went over the details of pickup and delivery. I did not realize, until delivery, that this car had no steering rack, therefore each wheel had to be turned manually every few inches. However, Terry was able to load the car with the help of a fork truck owned and operated by the seller of the car. The seller emailed me when the car had left and said that it was on it's way, and to look out for a lizard that was in the car... Well Terry called Thursday and said he would be here around 11am on Friday, and then he called again about 10:50am Friday and sure enough got here at 11:00. After doing an expert job backing up a trailer up my steep and unforgiving driveway, he did a great job of helping to unload the car, and extra parts. After the car was unloaded and Terry had left, sure enough right there on the windshield was a lizard. So I picked him (or her) up, and put them in a tree where they would be safe. Then as I was sorting out the extra parts inside the car, I saw a second, bigger lizard. So again I scooped it up and put it in a tree with it's friend. I figure maybe I can get some free insurance now since I took good care of not just one but two company mascots.
Long story short, great shipping experience, and look out for the lizards!
