Shipping trailers is an un known when they have been sitting for a long time. When Henry Cormier from Connecticut hauled my 25 year old Trailer that normally carries a 30 ft sail boat on it, 80 miles away to the DMV for inspection in Connecticut, the DMV pointed out a number of problems with the running lights etc.
He could have simply hauled it back to base, and left me to figure out how to fix everything and return to the DMV another day.
Instead he took the time to find a local truck repair shop and off we went to get everything fixed.
2 hours later we were back at the DMV to the astonishment of the DMV inspecter, and this time the trailer past with flying colors! Henry then hauled the trailer back home. What should have been a 3 hour simple project to get a 30 foot trailer registered turned into an all day event. But not a word of complaint from Henry: always calm, resourceful and highly conscientious.
I also enjoyed riding with him during this adventure. As he said "why waste your gas following me?"
