I found having someone familiar with moving to be of great help to me. I also felt safe using someone with good recommendations from the uship site. I used the service to move 2 antique bedroom suites and a sofa. My service provider was ernjun(7)and Ernest was the perfect mover, polite, conscientious, and knowledgeable about moving. He had limited service due to 1 man operation but price was good because of it. My friend had been unaware of uship prior to the move and will probably use and recommend uship in the future.
I only found on-line bidding site to be a bit confusing.
